Assistant Manager Operations

About the role

The Assistant Manager Operations supports the operational efficiency of the organization by overseeing daily activities, coordinating with other departments and ensuring operations run smoothly. It is an on-site role requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with various departments to optimize operations.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and mentor team members, giving guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Take part in planning and forecasting, and assist with budgeting and resource allocation.
• Address operational issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in operations or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Experience with operational management software and tools.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices; relevant operations management certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment, multitask and handle pressure.
