Cold Caller - Outbound Sales Development

About the role

Teamo connects engineers to clients in the US, UAE, Australia and beyond, and its sales team starts those client relationships. It is hiring cold callers to book qualified meetings with potential clients in a specific market (US, UAE or Australia). This is a sales-first role open to fresh graduates and early-career candidates, with training in outbound sales and a coach from the Sales Team Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects in your assigned market from provided lead lists
• Introduce the offer clearly and handle common objections
• Qualify prospects on budget, need, decision-maker and timeline
• Book discovery calls and demos on the sales team's calendars
• Follow up with warm leads by phone, email and voicemail
• Log every call, outcome and follow-up in the CRM the same day
• Hit weekly targets for calls, conversations and meetings booked
• Share prospect feedback with the team to improve scripts and lead lists

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English that is clear and easy for international prospects to understand
• Good listening skills and polite phone manners
• Confidence speaking with strangers and a positive attitude after rejection
• Willingness to take coaching and apply feedback quickly
• Availability for the assigned shift, Monday to Friday, on-site in Islamabad

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn a CRM quickly
• Nice to have: familiarity with CRMs, and interest in a career in sales or business development

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 60,000 per month, with monthly commission on top, potentially up to PKR 250,000 or more
• PTO and sick leave
• Training in cold calling, objection handling and CRM

Shifts are market-specific, Monday to Friday: US 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT, UAE 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PKT, Australia 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM PKT. Applications are made through the company's online application form.
