About the role

AK Telitech (SMC) Private Limited, an outbound call center and Amazon Wholesale brand approval support provider, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Closer B2B in Islamabad, Pakistan. The role handles outbound calls for lead generation, appointment setting, sales and customer follow-up, and may also support Amazon Wholesale brand approval activities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for lead generation, appointment setting, sales and customer follow-up, with clear communication and accurate documentation of interactions.
• Maintain call logs and update customer records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet targets and improve campaign performance.
• Support Amazon Wholesale brand approval by gathering client information, assisting with required documentation and coordinating with internal teams.
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional demeanor.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills, including clear spoken English, active listening and a professional phone manner.
• Sales and lead generation abilities, including persuasive speaking, basic negotiation and comfort with performance targets.
• Organizational skills: accurate data entry, record keeping and attention to detail with client information and paperwork.
• Basic computer and office software skills, including familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets and email platforms.
• Customer-focused mindset, reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Islamabad and follow assigned shifts.
• High school diploma; a college degree in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in outbound call centers, telesales or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
