About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to reach out to property owners in the United States. The position is based in Karachi and operates on a hybrid model, aligning with US business hours. You will play a key part in generating qualified leads for our real‑estate portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to motivated US property owners using a structured script.
- Qualify leads and record relevant information in the CRM on a daily basis.
- Track and meet daily KPIs, reporting performance metrics to management.
- Participate in weekly in‑person training and review sessions in Karachi.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken English.
- Previous cold‑calling experience, preferably in the US market.
- Resilient attitude and strong work ethic.
- Availability to work US business hours (evenings Pakistan time).
- Residency in Karachi.
