Appointment Setter & Cold Caller for Australian Campaign

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position involves making outbound calls to prospective customers for an Australian campaign, introducing services, generating interest, and securing qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers following provided scripts.
• Manage and update call lists and CRM with accurate notes and appointment details.
• Handle inquiries, confirm appointment schedules and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure appointment quality and campaign targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to set appointments and support sales development.
• Lead generation experience, including prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Strong spoken English, active listening and confident phone presence.
• Customer service skills to address questions and maintain positive interactions.
• Previous cold‑calling or telemarketing experience, preferably in international campaigns.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and basic office software.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, meet performance targets and maintain reliable attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or sales training is a plus.
