Construction Project Manager

About the role

Haier is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee building construction and maintenance projects in an industrial/factory environment. The role ensures quality, safety, and efficiency while managing a team of 20 professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead review, coordination and approval of PEB structural and civil designs, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Plan and drive project execution by developing schedules, setting milestones and managing manpower, machinery and materials.
• Support commercial activities through technical inputs for RFQs, bidding, cost estimation, vendor evaluation and budget control.
• Enforce quality and HSE standards through site inspections, material checks and timely resolution of construction and safety issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil construction within industrial or factory settings.
• Solid background in facility and project management, leading teams of around 20 professionals.
• Experience in contract negotiation, budgeting and cost control.
