Mid-to-Senior Revit Residential Drafter

About the role

Across Clocks is looking for a Mid-to-Senior Revit Residential Drafter to join a U.S.-based residential architecture practice. The role is hands‑on, turning floor plans, sketches or design direction into coordinated Revit models and full construction drawing sets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update residential Revit models from floor plans, sketches and design direction.
• Produce coordinated construction drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, details and sheet sets.
• Maintain model and drawing accuracy as projects evolve.
• Assist with framing documentation and site plans when required.
• Perform quality checks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English for clear communication with a U.S. team.
• Strong hands‑on proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Professional experience on residential architectural projects and construction documentation.
• Practical understanding of residential building construction and technical detailing.
• Ability to develop complete 3D Revit models and coordinated drawing sets.
