About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Call Center Agent to join our new offshore support hub in Multan. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional international customer experience by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and supporting dispatch operations for a leading pest‑control company.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls professionally, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints and service requests while maintaining accurate records.
• Use CRM tools to document interactions and follow up on cases.
• Collaborate with a small team of four agents to manage daily call‑center operations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the company’s pest‑control services.
• Update customer records and track case progress using basic computer applications.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
• Assist supervisors by monitoring team performance and providing feedback.
• Adhere to company policies, data‑security and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Strong teamwork and customer‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
