Call Center Agent

About the role

The Call Center Agent will join Prime Tech Enterprises in Multan, handling both inbound and outbound customer calls for a leading distributor of industrial lubricants. The position is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on delivering accurate product, service and order information while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place inbound/outbound calls, responding to inquiries about products, services and order status.
• Log and update all customer interactions in the company’s system.
• Route calls to the appropriate internal departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide clear guidance and solutions, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to customer records and collaborate with sales and operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional business or communications coursework is a plus.
• Fluency in local languages and strong English proficiency for business communication.
• Ability to work on‑site in Multan full‑time, including possible shifts, weekends or holidays.
• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service or sales support, preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.
