About the role
TalentPop App is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join a fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Assist customers with orders, shipping details, product information, and returns.
- Provide thoughtful, high‑quality responses that align with our service standards.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Minimum 1 year of online/remote customer service experience.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Adaptable, solutions‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (preferred).
