Customer Service Representative

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join a fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
• Assist customers with orders, shipping details, product information, and returns.
• Provide thoughtful, high‑quality responses that align with our service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 1 year of online/remote customer service experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Adaptable, solutions‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (preferred).
