About the role
We are looking for experienced Telecaller agents to join our UAE campaign, working on a Dubai project. The position is a morning‑shift, outbound calling role based in Faisalabad, requiring strong English communication and prior international call‑center experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients.
- Present services, generate interest and book meetings.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate call records and ensure timely follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken English (mandatory).
- Minimum one year experience in a UK or USA call centre (preferred).
- Experience in outbound calling or sales campaigns.
- Confident, presentable and target‑driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Outbound tele‑prospecting.
- Sales pitching.
- Call record management.
What we offer
- Salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 40,000 per month, plus commission.
