Customer Service Representative (Shopify/Gorgias Focus)

About the role

TalentPop App is expanding its remote support team and seeks a Customer Service Representative focused on Shopify and Gorgias. You will deliver friendly, professional assistance to customers via chat, email, and phone, helping them with product questions, orders, returns, and account issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support through chat, email, and phone channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account concerns.
• Use Shopify and Gorgias to manage tickets efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and clear communication throughout each interaction.
• Stay updated on product changes, workflows, and support processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and processes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Organized, empathetic, patient, and solutions‑oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
