About the role
TCP is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with existing and new customers, drive renewals, expand usage, and demonstrate the ROI of its workforce management solutions. The role blends relationship management, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure customers achieve their business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Leverage established relationships to deliver ROI, secure renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Develop and present data‑analytics outputs that illustrate the value of TCP’s solutions.
- Maintain high‑level service, acting as the primary point of contact for executive and management stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources across sales, product support, and engineering throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide product demonstrations and ongoing support to prospective and existing customers.
- Track customer interactions and transactional data in a CRM system.
- Monitor competition and market trends to inform account strategies.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, upbeat, and driven to exceed customer satisfaction objectives.
- Ability to articulate clear, concise ROI statements.
