About the role
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls for our US client’s clinics. The position is onsite on a night shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and respond to calls regarding appointments, inquiries, and support services for the clinics.
Required profile
- Fresh candidates or those with O‑Levels, Intermediate, Graduation or Undergraduate education.
- Good English communication skills and residency in Gulistan‑e‑Johar or Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal.
What we offer
- Salary PKR 55,000 – 65,000 per month.
- Attendance allowance, gym fee reimbursement, medical insurance (in‑patient & out‑patient).
- Two annual bonuses, free pick‑and‑drop, free meals.
- Five‑day work week (Saturday‑Sunday off).
