About the role

Institute Cosmetique is hiring a Customer Support & Sales Representative in Lahore. The role involves answering customer enquiries, guiding clients on skincare, hair and aesthetic treatments, turning enquiries into appointments and sales, and following up with leads and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, social media and email
Guide customers about skincare, hair and aesthetic treatments
Convert enquiries into appointments and sales
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets

Required profile

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in customer support or sales
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience in a skincare, healthcare or aesthetic clinic preferred

Required skills

CRM systems and Microsoft Office are a plus
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and sales skills
