About the role

ABS International is expanding its customer operations team and is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to work the evening shift. You will handle post‑sale communication with US‑based clients, assist with onboarding queries, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Conduct follow‑up communications with existing US clients.
Address post‑sale customer queries efficiently.
Complete service questionnaires and maintain clear interaction logs.

Required profile

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
High school diploma or currently enrolled university student.
Solution‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to commit to a full‑time, long‑term on‑site role.

Required skills

What we offer

Base salary PKR 40,000 – 45,000 per month.
Attendance allowance PKR 3,000 per month.
Performance incentive PKR 5,000 – 15,000 per month (post‑training).
Provident Fund (PF) and 15 days paid annual leave.
Fixed evening shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with no rotations.
