About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our on‑site team in Karachi on an evening shift. The role focuses on post‑sale communication with US‑based clients, handling onboarding queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct follow‑up communications with existing US clients.
- Address post‑sale customer queries efficiently.
- Complete service questionnaires and maintain clear interaction logs.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- High school diploma; university students are also welcome.
- Solution‑oriented mindset with good interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work a fixed 10 PM – 6 AM shift on‑site, full‑time and long‑term.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary PKR 40,000 – 45,000 per month.
- Attendance allowance PKR 3,000 per month.
- Performance incentive PKR 5,000 – 15,000 per month (post‑training).
- Provident Fund (PF) and 15 days paid annual leave.
