About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to engage with customers worldwide, resolve grievances, and enhance overall customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact when customers face challenges with our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience in line with performance objectives and core values.
  • Communicate courteously, attentively, and with a friendly, caring demeanor.
  • Offer alternative products or items when the requested ones are unavailable.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures to provide accurate resolutions.
  • Stay updated on system information, process changes, and future updates.

Required profile

  • O Levels/Matriculation or higher.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
