Delivery Manager – Data, BI & AI Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of Data Engineering, Business Intelligence and AI/ML projects. The role combines project governance, stakeholder engagement and technical oversight to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and govern delivery of data, BI and AI/ML initiatives.
• Allocate resources, manage risks and monitor KPIs across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, QA, DevOps and cloud teams to define scope and roadmap.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint execution and milestone tracking.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution discussions, estimations and proposal reviews.
• Establish best‑practice documentation, reporting and communication standards.
• Mentor team leads and project teams to improve execution efficiency.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience delivering Data, BI and AI/ML projects.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Proven stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed or cross‑functional technical teams.
