About the role
We are looking for a Senior Kaspersky Engineer to join our team and lead the implementation of Kaspersky EDR/XDR solutions for our customers. The role involves close collaboration with client teams on‑site to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and deploy Kaspersky EDR and XDR products at customer sites.
- Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical assistance, including product demos and workshops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kaspersky solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for client personnel.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in a relevant technical field.
- 4–5 years of hands‑on experience with Kaspersky EDR/XDR.
- Proven experience in presales activities, deployments and post‑sale support.
- Relevant Kaspersky product certifications.
