Cyber Security Business Unit Head

About the role

The Business Unit Head will lead the Cyber Security division, owning full P&L responsibility while aligning technical excellence with commercial growth. This senior position drives strategy, delivery, innovation and client satisfaction across all cybersecurity services.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end cybersecurity business operations and ensure profitability.
• Develop and execute a market‑aligned cybersecurity strategy.
• Build, mentor and manage technical and commercial cybersecurity teams.
• Lead client engagements, proposals, contract negotiations and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering and finance to optimise business outcomes.
• Manage OEM and distributor relationships, including deal registration and solution positioning.
• Monitor market trends, emerging threats and regulatory changes to advise leadership and clients.
• Drive innovation by creating IP such as security automation scripts, SOC playbooks, AI‑driven analytics and managed service frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large cybersecurity teams with P&L accountability.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to grow revenue.
• Excellent stakeholder management with OEMs, distributors and internal partners.
• Strategic thinker who can translate market demands into actionable solutions.
