Digital Growth Manager

About the role

The Digital Growth Manager will drive user acquisition, product adoption and revenue growth for IQPROMPT’s AI‑enabled SaaS solutions. Working on‑site in Lahore, you will design and execute data‑driven growth experiments across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital growth initiatives to increase acquisition, adoption and revenue.
• Analyse product and campaign performance data, set KPIs and generate regular performance reports.
• Identify growth opportunities and run A/B tests on website, social media, CRM and partnership channels.
• Collaborate with product, sales and leadership teams to align messaging and improve conversion funnels.
• Manage small projects or campaigns end‑to‑end, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Continuously experiment with new tactics and tools to enhance digital funnels.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and presenting results.
• Hands‑on experience or demonstrated interest in growth hacking and digital funnel optimisation.
• Familiarity with sales processes and lead generation activities.
• Basic project‑management capabilities to prioritise multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data/Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, product‑focused environment with interest in AI or SaaS platforms.
