Digital Marketing Cold Caller & Assistant to GM

About the role

Keystone Medics is looking for a motivated individual to join our Lahore office as a Digital Marketing Cold Caller and Assistant to the General Manager. You will combine outbound prospecting with executive administrative support, helping the GM keep daily operations running smoothly while generating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce Keystone Medics services and schedule meetings.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM with prospect information.
• Assist the General Manager with calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Prepare and organize documents, filings, and office supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow‑up on action items.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and executive assistance abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Experience with clerical tasks such as scheduling, filing, and document organization.
• Ability to multitask and manage resources effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing or lead generation is a plus.
