Call Center Agent – US Insurance Inbound (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking energetic and confident Call Center Agents to handle inbound calls for a US‑based insurance campaign. The position operates during night hours and offers an opportunity for fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals to develop their customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound insurance‑related calls from US customers.
• Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain call logs and update customer records as required.
• Adhere to the scheduled night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) and weekend off policy.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Confidence and professionalism when dealing with customers.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends off.
• Freshers are welcome; prior call‑center experience is a plus.
