Distribution Requirements Planning Specialist

About the role

As a Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) Specialist at Nestlé, you will ensure the right products are available at the right places and times. You will balance service levels, cost efficiency, and product freshness across our supply network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimise supply plans and dispatch requirements while respecting network constraints.
• Plan and optimise transportation loads to maximise efficiency and minimise cost.
• Manage inventory levels to achieve product availability, working‑capital targets and freshness goals.
• Monitor planning exceptions, make data‑driven decisions and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Execute weekly planning cycles and maintain high service levels for local and Inter‑Market Supply customers.
• Define and maintain distribution‑center stock‑cover policies.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Transport and DC Operations teams for seamless execution.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in distribution centre operations, transport, factory logistics or demand‑supply planning.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage complexity and make timely decisions.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.

Required skills

• SAP APO (or similar planning tools)
