Distribution Executive

About the role

CCL Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Distribution Executive to manage end‑to‑end distribution operations across institutional and domestic distributor networks. The role ensures smooth order processing, timely dispatches, and efficient stock flow while collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee order induction, invoice management, and dispatch coordination.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure product availability.
• Manage distributor claims (bonus, discount, leakage, breakage) within defined timelines.
• Dispatch invoices, credit notes, transport receipts, and courier documents to customers.
• Support resolution of operational and system‑related queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field from an HEC‑recognized institute.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics or distribution operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of transport and distribution management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
