About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Documentation Officer to manage, maintain and control company documents and records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review, organize and maintain physical and digital company documents.
- Ensure proper filing, indexing and retrieval, and maintain document registers and trackers.
- Verify documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with established requirements.
- Coordinate with departments to collect, update and process required documentation.
- Monitor revisions, track pending approvals, renewals and submission deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in documentation, record management or administration preferred.
- Strong communication, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively within a team.
