E-commerce Product Listing and Customer Support Specialist (Temu) - Remote

About the role

A client of Homitag is hiring a remote E-commerce Product Listing and Customer Support Specialist with hands-on Temu Seller Center experience. The specialist keeps product listings accurate and compliant, keeps stock and pricing up to date, and protects the store rating through fast, friendly customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Create, upload and optimise product listings on Temu, including titles, descriptions and specifications
• Research keywords and competitor listings to improve search visibility and conversion
• Ensure listings follow Temu's policies, category rules and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with the designer to upload product images, infographics and promotional visuals
• Monitor and update pricing, inventory levels and stock availability
• Track listing performance (views, conversion, sales) and suggest improvements
• Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally, within Temu's response-time standards
• Handle order issues, returns, refunds and disputes according to store and platform policy
• Monitor product reviews and ratings, and flag recurring complaints or quality issues to management
• Work with the fulfillment team to resolve shipping delays and tracking problems

Required profile

• Proven experience listing and managing products on Temu; Amazon, Shein, AliExpress or TikTok Shop experience is a plus
• Customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce
• Solid understanding of Temu Seller Center, policies and promotion tools
• Strong written English; additional languages are a plus
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills for bulk uploads and inventory tracking
• Nice to have: bulk listing templates, basic product SEO and keyword research, Canva or basic image editing
