About the role

PTCL Group is seeking an Executive Legal professional to ensure all business relationships are legally sound and compliant. You will play a pivotal role in drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of agreements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and endorse various agreements such as commercial, service, lease, employment, consultancy, supply, NDAs, bank guarantees, addendums, amendments, LOIs, LCs, purchase orders, and more.
• Provide legal advice to internal departments on statutory interpretation and contractual matters.
• Analyze franchise ownership documents to eliminate legal discrepancies and reduce litigation risk.
• Research legal issues and prepare memoranda and presentations.
• Suggest and implement efficiency improvements in corporate transactional work, contract vetting, and procurement agreements.
• Manage the legal portal and handle correspondence, including letters and notices.

Required profile

• LLB or an equivalent legal degree.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s contract and telecom legal framework.
