Executive Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop, a fast‑growing e‑commerce enabler, is looking for a proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to become the remote anchor for its leadership team. This full‑time position supports executives in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate time zones.
• Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels and detailed itineraries.
• Draft, edit and handle high‑level email and internal communications.
• Track administrative tasks, deadlines and project milestones.
• Prepare, format and organize reports, presentations and confidential documents.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar high‑level administrative role.
• Independent, reliable, detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solver.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Available to work full‑time (40 hours/week) during standard US business hours.

Required skills

• Expert use of Google Workspace.
• Expert use of Microsoft Office.
