Expert Sourcer – AI Talent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Expert Sourcer to identify highly specialised professionals for AI training and evaluation projects. This remote position focuses on research, searching and outreach to build strong candidate pipelines across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source highly specialised professionals across various industries, seniority levels and geographies.
• Translate project requirements into practical sourcing strategies and search criteria.
• Build targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Boolean search and Google X‑Ray.
• Identify relevant companies, job titles, certifications, communities and adjacent talent pools.
• Research beyond obvious keywords to find difficult‑to‑locate profiles.
• Review profiles for domain expertise, seniority, geography and project relevance.
• Maintain high‑quality candidate lists across multiple active projects.
• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email and other channels with personalised outreach.
• Track search performance and continuously improve sourcing approaches.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine sourcing based on expert performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, executive search, talent research or lead generation.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven Boolean and Google X‑Ray search skills.
• Ability to find difficult profiles beyond obvious keywords and job titles.
• Excellent written English and outreach communication.
• Comfortable meeting ambitious sourcing targets while maintaining quality.
• Resourceful and persistent when initial searches do not yield strong results.
• Ability to work independently on multiple roles or domains simultaneously.
