Field Medical Advisor - Lahore / Islamabad

About the role

Pfizer is hiring a Field Medical Advisor (Medical Manager) for Lahore and/or Islamabad, working in a hybrid setting with travel as needed. This field-based medical affairs colleague provides scientific and medical expertise for a designated therapeutic area, focusing on its in-line and late-stage portfolio, to maximise the value of Pfizer products for patients and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle medical communication, including proactive approved content and reactive requests from HCPs or external stakeholders, covering disease states, clinical and real-world evidence, and pharmaco-economic data
• Organise medical meetings and activities with KOLs and hold educational meetings to introduce new concepts and support HCP research
• Keep up with medical and scientific developments by reviewing literature and act as a resource for stakeholder insights
• Map and engage key stakeholders, build a KOL database, establish scientific relationships with medical associations and support speaker development and advisory boards
• Share customer insights and unmet medical needs with headquarters colleagues and contribute to medical planning and strategy
• Implement medical programmes in line with SOPs, local guidelines and country laws, and train commercial teams on diseases, clinical trials and products

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in medicine or another relevant healthcare field (medicine, pharmacist, M.Phil)
• Mandatory prior medical or work experience
• Solid knowledge of the industry
