About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at Zameen.com. The role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling communications, and supporting day‑to‑day administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries and manage correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain the appearance of the reception area and oversee front‑desk supplies.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with internal departments.
  • Provide support for various administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Required profile

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA); a Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer‑service‑oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or customer‑facing role is preferred.
