About the role
We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at Zameen.com. The role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling communications, and supporting day‑to‑day administrative activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries and manage correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area and oversee front‑desk supplies.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings with internal departments.
- Provide support for various administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA); a Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a customer‑service‑oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer‑facing role is preferred.
