Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our short‑term rental team in Johar Town, Lahore. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, bookings and support throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Assist guests with bookings, check‑ins, check‑outs and general support.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Manage calendars, reservations and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM/property management systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, hospitality or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Availability to work on‑site in Johar Town, Lahore.
