About the role
We are seeking a Head of Account Management to lead our client portfolio from our Lahore office while aligning with U.S. business hours. The role bridges clients and internal teams, driving operational excellence and long‑term client success.
Key responsibilities
- Own performance and satisfaction of a portfolio of client accounts.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and company standards.
- Manage escalations and resolve complex operational challenges.
- Coordinate across delivery, operations, quality assurance and support functions.
- Collaborate with operational leaders and department managers to continuously improve delivery processes.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends and implement improvements.
Required profile
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships at a professional level.
- Strong experience in account management, client success or operations management, overseeing multiple accounts or service lines.
- Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment and drive accountability.
