Head of Marketing – Lahore, Pakistan

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies for Majid Al Futtaim Holding in Pakistan. Working closely with corporate headquarters and internal stakeholders, the role aims to drive brand growth, customer acquisition and revenue generation while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives and the overall MarCom vision.
• Drive brand growth and consistency across all customer touchpoints through branding policies, guidelines and regular compliance audits.
• Design and implement customer experience initiatives that improve satisfaction, loyalty and foster a customer‑centric culture.
• Lead brand positioning, integrated campaigns and social media strategies to increase awareness, engagement, acquisition and retention.
• Leverage customer insights, market research and data analytics to inform business decisions and optimise marketing tactics.
• Plan, execute and evaluate loyalty programmes to boost retention and measurable ROI.
• Monitor customer feedback, analyse service trends and launch initiatives to raise service quality.
• Oversee creative projects and visual merchandising to ensure consistent brand identity across channels and locations.
• Lead monetisation and marketing operations initiatives, optimise channel performance and streamline execution processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the retail industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
