Head of Partnerships – Stream

About the role

The Stream Head Partnerships role leads the identification, negotiation, and management of strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, Devices & Events, the position oversees one direct report and collaborates with an extended team of ten members.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential partners and evaluate their alignment with company goals.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance market position and technological capabilities.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with mutually beneficial terms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing concerns and fostering strong relationships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, channels, marketing) to launch joint initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in identifying and evaluating strategic partners.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing partnership contracts.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across product, marketing, and sales teams.
