About the role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Grohe’s overall sales performance in Pakistan, focusing on the northern region. This role combines strategic planning, channel development, and key‑account management to achieve corporate objectives and KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for delivering Pakistan‑wide sales results and planning channel development in the northern region.
- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, contractors and real‑estate developers.
- Collaborate with authorized distributors on product selection, pricing and negotiations to win projects while protecting brand margins.
- Track residential, commercial, hospitality and healthcare projects, persuading professionals to include Grohe SKUs in BOQs and approved vendor lists.
- Monitor competitor offerings and work with sales leaders to develop counter‑strategies.
- Analyze sales data, stock movement, margins and product mix to guide strategic decisions.
- Align with sales leadership on mid‑ and long‑term country strategies and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration; MBA is a plus.
- 6‑8 years of experience in the sanitaryware or building‑materials industry.
- Proven success in fast‑paced, competitive environments while maintaining brand quality.
- Fluent in English and Urdu; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, contractors and developers.
- Experience managing dealer networks and key accounts.
