HR Generalist

About the role

An HR Generalist is needed in Wapda Town, Lahore, to support recruitment, HR operations, employee management and administrative activities. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the role suits someone with 1-3 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, initial HR interviews and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records according to company policy.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, equipment coordination and orientation.
• Prepare offer letters, NDAs, contracts, employee files and other HR documentation.
• Answer day-to-day employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and maintaining performance records.
• Coordinate office administration, vendors and daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate HR data and records using HRIS, Excel or Google Sheets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Coordinator or HR Executive roles.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong communication and business writing skills, good organization and time management.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality; able to handle several HR and administrative tasks independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, job portals and recruitment processes.
• Use of HRIS, Excel or Google Sheets for HR data.
