Admin & HR Officer

About the role

Metallic Solutions, a designer and manufacturer of pre-engineered buildings, steel structures, storage tanks, conveyors and elevators, is hiring a full-time, on-site Admin & HR Officer in Kasur. The role covers day-to-day office administration and support of HR processes, working closely with management and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain office records, coordinate meetings, manage correspondence and support general office operations
• Maintain employee files and support recruitment activities
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure adherence to company HR policies
• Support employee relations and assist with performance documentation
• Develop and update job descriptions as needed

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Prior experience in an HR/admin role is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Kasur and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Required skills

• Strong foundation in HR, including HR management and implementation of HR policies
• Employee relations, conflict resolution and communication
• Job description development and accurate HR documentation and personnel records
• Basic office administration, including MS Office, documentation control and record-keeping
• Organizational, time management and communication skills, with attention to detail and integrity with sensitive information
