Human Resources Manager

About the role

An experienced HR professional is sought to lead end-to-end human resource operations and shape the organization's people and culture strategy. The position is onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage performance management systems and employee evaluations
• Oversee hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
• Handle employee relations, grievances and engagement initiatives
• Build and maintain talent acquisition pipelines and ensure a positive experience for employees and candidates
• Coordinate with leadership on workforce planning and development

Required profile

• 3 to 5+ years of HR or recruitment experience at HR Manager or Assistant Manager level
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong experience in both technical and non-technical hiring
• Ability to manage teams and multiple HR functions independently
