About the role
The company is an international real‑estate builder and developer serving U.S. clients. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and overall HR operations for their Karachi office.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Design and manage structured onboarding and 30‑day training programs.
- Implement performance management tools, KPIs, scorecards and improvement plans.
- Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle, policy compliance and employee relations.
- Foster a performance‑driven culture and provide leadership support for retention.
- Maintain HR dashboards, reports and governance insights.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (evening shift).
- Based in DHA, Karachi, supporting a U.S.‑focused real‑estate organization.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, HR compliance and reporting.
