Recruitment Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for multiple client positions within our HR consultancy. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for various client roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
• Maintain recruitment databases and hiring trackers.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an HR consultancy.
• Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range PKR 60,000 – 80,000 per month.
• Full‑time permanent position.
• On‑site work in DHA Phase 5, Karachi.
