About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for multiple client positions within our HR consultancy. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for various client roles.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring trackers.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an HR consultancy.
- Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What we offer
- Competitive salary range PKR 60,000 – 80,000 per month.
- Full‑time permanent position.
- On‑site work in DHA Phase 5, Karachi.
