HR Operations Specialist (MTOs) – Full-time Onsite

About the role

The HR Operations Specialist (MTOs) will join Information Process Solutions' Lahore office to support day‑to‑day HR activities. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on recruitment assistance, onboarding, employee documentation, and ensuring a compliant, engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding procedures and maintain accurate employee records.
• Help administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and related documentation.
• Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Contribute to training and development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or final‑year student with relevant internship experience).
• Strong foundation in HR concepts and employee lifecycle processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office or similar HRIS/administrative tools.
