About the role
A motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern is sought to join the team and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. The internship is based in Lahore, lasts 3 months and carries a stipend of 20k. It is an in-person position.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Support candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in HR
