About the role
We are looking for a performance‑driven Human Resources Specialist to lead HR and administrative functions in a manufacturing environment. The role combines labour management, compliance, HR operations, HRMS implementation, and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle labour relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with EOBI, PESSI, and Social Security regulations.
- Maintain HRMS records, generate reports, and enforce process discipline.
- Oversee factory administration, security, transport, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct performance evaluations, probation reviews, and develop departmental KPIs.
- Produce performance reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR & Administration experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance procedures.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- HRMS implementation and management.
- ERP systems and reporting.
- Performance Management Systems (KPIs, KRAs, dashboards).
