Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing talent acquisition team at Giant Group. You will help ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process by managing candidate communication, interview scheduling, and job postings across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for various roles and regions, confirming logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
• Post and maintain job adverts on LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed and other channels, keeping listings accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Send timely candidate communications, including interview invitations, confirmations and rejection notices.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the recruitment team, organizing documentation and records.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, meeting time‑to‑hire targets and flagging any delivery risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR support, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Rozee and Indeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for scheduling and reporting.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of PKR 100,000 – 130,000 per month.
• Full‑time permanent contract, 40 hours per week (Monday‑Friday, 10 am‑7 pm).
• On‑site work at our Askari Corporate Tower office in Lahore.
