ISO Coordinator

About the role

The ISO Coordinator will lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO management systems within an offset printing environment. The role ensures compliance with relevant standards and drives quality across pre‑press, press, and post‑press operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update ISO documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and other certifications such as Halal, FSSC 22000, FSC‑COC, and SEDex (SMETA).
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage timely closure of findings.
• Monitor quality processes throughout pre‑press, printing, finishing, and dispatch.
• Investigate customer complaints, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain document control systems to guarantee use of current versions.
• Track KPIs related to quality, efficiency, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct employee training on ISO requirements and quality procedures.
• Support management review meetings with reports and performance data.
• Assist production teams in identifying continuous‑improvement opportunities and manage CAPA for non‑conforming products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, Industrial Management, Quality Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in ISO coordination, quality assurance or management systems.
• Experience in offset printing, packaging, publishing or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, auditing techniques and document control.
