About the role
Systems Limited is looking for an experienced Lead React Native Developer to design, develop and lead enterprise‑grade mobile applications in the Banking and FinTech domain.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and lead enterprise React Native applications.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Backend and DevOps teams and ensure performance, security and scalability.
- Perform code reviews, mentor developers and drive best‑practice adoption.
- Support production issues, root‑cause analysis and release management.
Required profile
- 8–12+ years of software development experience with strong ownership and accountability.
- Proven experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent problem‑solving, debugging and stakeholder communication skills.
- Agile/Scrum experience with a quality‑first mindset.
Required skills
- JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, React Navigation.
- React Native, native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) integration.
- REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, JWT.
- Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
- Testing: Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, Appium.
- Firebase, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, push notifications, deep linking.
- Mobile security: OWASP, SSL, certificate pinning, secure storage.
